** Shares of Horizon Minerals  HRZ.AX  rise as much as 29.4%
to A$0.044; their biggest intraday percentage gain since May 19,
2022
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Sept. 21
    ** Gold miner says it has received a deferred payment of A$3
mln ($1.99 mln) in shares from Canada's Vox Royalty Corp
 VOXR.TO  
    ** HRZ had sold its royalties in two Western Australian Gold
projects to VOXR in 2021
    ** More than 2.6 mln HRZ shares change hands, compared with
the 30-day average volume of 352,801
    ** Stock down 44.3% YTD, as of last close
