Directorate change

 

Marks and Spencer Group plc ("M&S") announces that Cheryl Potter is
standing down from the Board with effect from 7 July 2026. She will therefore
not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM. Cheryl has served as a
Non-Executive Director at M&S since 1 March 2023.

 

Archie Norman commented, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Cheryl
for her significant contribution to Marks & Spencer. During her time as a
Non-Executive Director, Cheryl has been a strong advocate for our
transformation priorities and brought challenge and insight to Board
discussions. We wish her every success in the future."

 

Cheryl Potter said, "It has been a privilege to serve as a Non-Executive
Director at Marks & Spencer. I am proud to have supported the Board and
management team as the business progressed its transformation, including
strengthening digital capability and driving operational improvements. I would
like to thank my fellow Directors and colleagues, and I wish everyone at
M&S continued success."
