    ** Co posts Q4 adj profit of $1.87 per share vs est of $1.76

    ** MMC reports total Q4 revenue of $6.07 bln, up 9.2% from
the year-ago period
    ** Revenue from risk and insurance business rises 11.5% to
$3.65 bln
    ** Co's fiduciary interest income - earnings on funds held
on behalf of clients - falls 9% to $112 mln
