** Shares of Marsons MARS.NS rise 6.9% to 127.45 rupees
** Indian transformer manufacturer says co and US-based private equity firm Cleanhill Partners intend to form a joint venture to expand transformer distribution, service and manufacturing operations across the United States and Canada
** More than 13 million shares change hands, about 4.1x the 30-day average volume 
** Stock down 8% since trading debut on March 13, 2026
