issue price of 1,220 yen per share (1.22 billion yen in total)
and paid-in price of 1,156.45 yen per share(1.16  billion yen in
total)  
    * Subscription period from July 18 to July 19 and payment
date on
July 24
    * Says it will issue new shares via private placement, with
the
paid-in price of 1,156.45 yen per share(up to 173.5 million yen)
    * Subscription date on Aug. 8 and payment date on Aug. 9
