* Says it plans to issue 560,000 shares of its common stock
and distribute 656,700 shares of its treasury common stock via
public offering
* Says it plans to issue 182,500 shares of its common stock
via private placement, with subscription date on Aug. 25 and
payment date on Aug. 28
* Says it plans to raise up to 1.75 billion yen and proceeds
will be used for acquisition fund and loans repayment
