Match to add former NBCUniversal executive to board, Anson Funds to withdraw nominees
April 29 (Reuters) - Match Group MTCH.O is naming Kelly Campbell, the former president of NBCUniversal's Peacock, to its board, the online dating company said on Tuesday, amid growing tensions with activist investor Anson Funds. In connection with the appointment, Anson Funds has agreed to withdraw its director nominations and proposal to declassify the board, Match said.
