    Mattel enters pact with top shareholder EdgePoint Investment
    Oct 21 (Reuters) - Mattel MAT.O said on Wednesday it had entered into a cooperation agreement with its largest shareholder, EdgePoint Investment Group, and appointed EdgePoint partner Lee Matheson to its board of directors.
