** Shares of Maximus Resources  MXR.AX  rise as much as
20.6% to A$0.041, set for their best day since Oct 12, if gains
hold
    ** Stock hits highest level since Dec 11
    ** The diversified miner says multiple high-priority lithium
targets defined at Lefroy lithium project in Western Australia,
its joint venture with the South Korean government mining
corporation KOMIR
    ** Adds further sampling at project's northern Yilmia target
reveals a strong lithium-in-soil trend, with peak values of
423ppm Li2O
    ** Stock lost 12.5% in 2023
