McBride plc confirms that on 18 September 2025 awards were granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2023 Long-Term Incentive Plan (2023 LTIP), the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (RSU) and the McBride plc 2020 Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (DBP), together (the Plans) to the following individuals:
