DESPATCH OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MC Mining Limited (the Company) announces that the Integrated Report (Annual
Report) for the financial year ended 30 June 2023, Notice of Annual General
Meeting (AGM) and accompanying proxy materials for the AGM to be held on 30
November 2023 have been posted to shareholders.

These documents are available on the Company's website www.mcmining.co.za
(http://www.mcmining.co.za) .

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. (Johannesburg time) on 30
November 2023 at the offices of the Company at Ground Floor, Greystone
Building, Fourways Golf Park, Roos Street, Fourways 2191, South Africa.
