Brief: IEV Holdings enters into binding mou with a consortium

Oct 22 (Reuters) - IEV Holdings Ltd  IEVH.SI : 
 * Entered into a binding mou with a consortium comprising Timah Langat Holdings Berhad and Emrail Sdn Bhd 
 * Mou not expected to have material impact on consolidated EPS and/or NTA per share of group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 
 * Says MOU is valid for a period of 12 months and can be extended through a written notice between the parties 
 * Under the terms of the mou, IEV Energy and TL-Emrail consortium will initiate and conduct a feasibility study
