March 6 (Reuters) - IEV Holdings Ltd  IEVH.SI : 
    * Unit signed a heads of agreement with BSB Investment and 
Development Co. Ltd 
    * Deal to form a business collaboration for research, 
investment, manufacturing and promotion of rice husk silica and 
nano-silica in Vietnam. 
    * Signing of HOA not expected to have any material impact on 
consolidated earnings per share of group for FY ending 31 
december 2017
