MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest" or "the Company" or "the Group"; AIM: MDZ), the
creative digital out-of-home advertising company and audio-visual integrator,
announces that on 22 April 2013 it received notification from City & Claremont
Capital Assets Limited ("CCCAL") that CCCAL now holds 104,866,700 shares in the
Company, representing 21.99 per cent of the current voting capital.
