announce that the Report and Financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2015 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM"), and will shortly be available on the Company's

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP at 125 London Wall, London
EC2Y 5AL, on 28 September 2015 at 10.00 a.m.
