Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company")

Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions of Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities

The Company announces that it has been informed that the following
transactions have taken place.

Guy Hachey, Non-executive Director, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of
£0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 29 April 2026 at a price of 6.80 US
Dollars per Share. In total, Mr Hachey holds an interest of 42,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company.

Alison Goligher, Senior Independent Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares
of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 30 April 2026 at a price of 476
pence per Share. In total, Ms Goligher holds an interest of 40,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company.

Ian Barkshire, Non-executive Director, purchased 15,700 Ordinary Shares of
£0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 30 April 2026 at a price of 481 pence
per Share. In total, Dr Barkshire holds an interest of 32,700 Ordinary Shares
in the Company.
