At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.07% at 52,399.50.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.57% at 7,720.43, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.12% at 26,463.49.
