Release of Annual Report and Notice of AGM  
 
Dods announces that it has today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020.
The Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.dodsgroup.com and have today been posted to shareholders. 
 
As mentioned in the Final Results RNS published 3 September 2020, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 29 September 2020 at the office of Dods Group plc in London. In light of the UK Government's Stay Alert measures to contain COVID-19, this year's AGM will be a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend. Shareholders are asked to cast their votes by proxy and provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.
