As set out in the announcement on 30 March 2021, the Company is pleased to announce that it has now changed its name to Merit Group plc. Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name of Merit Group plc and the new TIDM code "MRIT" effective from today, Friday 23 April 2021. The Company's ISIN number is GB00BNYKJJ86 and SEDOL number is BNYKJJ8.
