Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the Company's announcements dated 7 and 30 September 2021, the Company confirms that Cornelius ("Con") Conlon, Chief Technology Officer and a Director of the Company, has been issued 854,732 ordinary shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the deferred consideration payment for Meritgroup Limited (since renamed Merit Data & Technology Limited).
Following this issue of shares, Mr. Conlon is interested in 1,580,791 shares representing 6.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
