Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today informed that David Beck, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, purchased 40,786 ordinary shares of 28 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 September
2023.

Following this purchase, Mr. Beck is interested in 148,518 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.62% of the Company's issued share capital.
