Board Changes

 

Merit Group plc (AIM: MRIT), the data and intelligence business, announces the
restructuring of its Board and the resignation of Richard Boon and Vijay
Vaghela from the Board with immediate effect.

Mark Smith, Chairman of Merit, said;

"Following the disposal of our Media, Events and Training assets late in 2022,
and given the consequent reduced complexity of the business, Richard and Vijay
have decided to resign which supports the Board's decision to reduce the size
of the Board. The Company has been extremely well served by Richard and Vijay
and I am very grateful for their contribution and wise counsel in their time
on the Board."

Dame Diane Lees DBE has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee
which will now be chaired by Mark Smith.
