hold
    ** Exploration co to acquire 100% interest in Pomme REE-Nb
project claims in Canada 
    ** Co enters into binding option agreement with Geomega
Resources Inc for the acquisition 
    ** Says project contains carbonatite-hosted rare earth
element and niobium mineralisation 
    ** Co's shares hits highest since Nov 29, 2022
    ** About 16.3 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 206,854 shares 
    ** Stock down 5.1% YTD as of last close
