Australia's Mt Monger up on getting drilling permit for Quebec project

** Shares of exploration co Mt Monger Resources  MTM.AX 
rise as much as 25% to A$0.125, their highest since March 17
    ** Co receives approval for a maiden drilling program at its
Pomme REE-Nb project in Quebec from the Ministry of Natural
Resources and Forests 
    ** Says project is a known carbonatite intrusion, with
prospective rare earth elements (REE) and niobium (Nb)
    ** Adds diamond drilling program planned to commence at
Pomme in May 2023
    ** Shares mark biggest intraday gain since Feb. 28
    ** As of last close, stock up 26.6% this year
