Metals Australia climbs on "exceptional" lithium results at WA project

** Shares of Metals Australia  MLS.AX  rise as much as 2.9%
to A$0.036
    ** Mineral explorer posts "exceptional" lithium drilling
results from the foundation pegmatite at its Manindi project in
the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia
    ** Says diamond drill hole intersected a 12.5-metre
true-width zone of pegmatite, rich in lithium minerals such as
lepidolite and lithium aluminosilicate petalite that can be
converted to spodumene
    ** Stock down 21.4% YTD, as of last close
