** Shares of Metals Australia  MLS.AX  rise as much as 12.1%
to A$0.037, their biggest intraday gain since Oct. 30 
    ** Minerals explorer commences lithium exploration program
at Warrambie Project in Western Australia
    ** Adds detailed gravity and seismic programs underway to
detect lithium pegmatites
    ** Stock on track to hit the highest level since Dec. 1 
    ** 1.9 million shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 1.8 million
    ** Stock has fallen 25.8% YTD as of last close
