Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) ("Metals Exploration" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that, following the completion of the Condor Gold plc
acquisition, Darren Bowden, Chief Executive Officer, will provide a live
presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on Friday, 17 January
2025, at 10:00 GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until Thursday,
16 January 2025, at 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live presentation.
