13% to A$0.13, on track for best day since Feb 24, if gains hold
    ** The gold miner signs definitive agreement with Togni
group of companies to acquire Caldeira project
    ** Caldeira is a clay rare-earths project located in Minas
Gerais State, Brazil 
    ** Stock hits highest since March 2
    ** More than 10.6 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 10.1 mln shares
    ** Stock more than doubled this year, as of last close
