** Rare earths explorer signs non-binding memorandum of understanding with Meteoric Resources MEI.AX

** Says deal to collaborate on downstream processing of mixed rare earth carbonate from Meteoric’s Caldeira rare earth project in Brazil

** Shares of Meteoric rose 4% to A$0.130

** MTM up ~119% this year, including the day's move, while Meteoric is up ~52%
