Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Metlen announces its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("2026 AGM"), to be held at
11am (EEST) on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 8 Artemidos St., Maroussi, 151 25
Athens, Greece.

 

The Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("Notice") and the Form of Proxy
are available on the Company's website at

the 2025 Integrated Annual Report, published on 9 April 2026, can be accessed

The 2026 AGM will be held as a physical meeting. Further details on how to
join or watch the AGM can be found within the Notice.
