Nov 13 (Reuters) - Mevaco SA  MEVr.AT : 
    * Says sold on Thursday its entire 67 percent stake in its 
Venman unit 
    * Says the buyer is shareholder Iordanis Kiopelis and the 
sale price equals 100,000 euro ($107,460.00) 
    * Says Venman unit represented 18.5 percent of consolidated 
turnover 
    * Says as result of the sale, FY results will be burdened by 
 390,000 euros
