    Barry Diller withdraws bid for MGM Resorts, WSJ reports
    Sept 23 (Reuters) - Barry Diller said Wednesday that he is withdrawing his bid for MGM Resorts MGM.N after months of discussions with the company, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.
