Gains in energy stocks pushed the Dow Jones index higher on Monday and kept the
S&P 500 in positive territory, with focus shifting to potential changes to
corporate taxes and a clutch of data this week. .N 
    At 13:02 ET, the S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.05% at 4,460.94 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.09% at 15,102.251.
