Board Change and Change of Registered Office

 

Board Change

 

Mila Resources Plc (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery exploration accelerator,
announces that Lee Daniels, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director,
has given notice of his wish to resign from the Board in order to pursue his
other business interests.  He will remain in post to ensure a smooth handover
of the role.  The Company intends to outsource the Company's financial
function, which in the interim, Lindsay Mair (non-executive director) has
agreed to oversee.

 

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Lee for his
contribution to the development of the Company and to wish him every success
in his future endeavours.

 

Change of Registered Office

 

The Company's registered office has been changed to C/O Wordley Partnership,
11 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 1LP.
