Mila Resources Plc

("Mila" or the "Company")

Completion of Diamond Drilling at Yarrol Project, Queensland

Highlights

· 1,451.1m diamond drilling ("DD") programme, designed to test
beyond the historic gold resource and define key structural controls on
mineralisation, has successfully now been completed at the Yarrol Project,
Queensland this week.

· Samples currently being prepared for dispatch to the laboratory
for assay.

· Data from the diamond core will underpin future resource
modelling and guide the upcoming Reverse Circulation ("RC") drilling.

· RC programme scheduled to commence in Q4 2025.

· All work remains within the budget for the funded Phase Two
exploration campaign.

Mila Resources Plc, the post-discovery exploration and development company
focused on its portfolio of gold and critical minerals projects in Australia,
is pleased to announce the completion of its diamond drilling campaign at the
Yarrol Project in Queensland.

The DD programme comprised 1,451.1 metres targeting extensions to the known
gold mineralisation and provides the Company with an enhanced detailed
understanding of the structural controls that influence grade distribution
within the deposit. DD provides continuous core, enabling the geological team
to collect detailed structural, lithological, and alteration data, critical
for refining the geological model and improving future drill targeting.

The samples from this DD programme are now being prepared for dispatch to an
independent laboratory for gold and multi-element analysis. The results will
be incorporated into an updated geological model and used to design the
forthcoming RC drilling campaign, which is expected to commence before the end
of 2025. The RC programme, which uses a larger diameter drill, will provide
data focused on defining grade continuity and more cost effectively define
ounces contained within the area tested and advance the Company towards
defining an updated Mineral Resource Estimate at Yarrol.

All activities remain on schedule and within the budget allocated for Phase
Two exploration at Yarrol.

Mark Stephenson, Chairman of Mila Resources, commented:

"The completion of this diamond drilling campaign marks a significant step
forward for Mila at Yarrol. The programme has given us crucial structural data
that sharpens our understanding of the mineralisation controls and positions
us to target higher-grade zones with greater precision in the next round of
drilling. With assays now pending, we look forward to sharing results with our
investors and stakeholders in the forthcoming weeks and to advancing swiftly
into the RC campaign later this year which is fully funded from our capital
raise earlier this year."
