Admission of Fundraising Shares

Total Voting Rights

Milton Capital Plc announces that, further to the announcement of 27 March
2026, 81,600,000 new Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on the main
market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital now comprises 211,500,000 Ordinary
Shares, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. Accordingly,
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 211,500,000 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
