** Shares of Minbos Resources  MNB.AX  rise as much as 11.7%
to A$0.105, their highest level since Dec. 19
    ** Minbos executes private investment contract with an
Angolan government agency to develop its Cabinda phosphate
project in Angola
    ** Says has committed to a minimum investment in the form of
loans and capital totalling $21.36 mln
    ** Adds the contract with the Angolan agency is the final
step for foreign entities to invest in the country
    ** Stock on its best intraday session since Dec. 21
    ** Stock fell 17.5% in 2022
