** Shares of Australia's Minbos Resources  MNB.AX  rise as
much as 8.1% to A$0.08, set for best day since Nov 9, if gains
hold
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Dec 1
    ** The fertilizer and nutrient co says Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) has been signed between its unit, Green
Ammonia LDA and Angola's National Electricity Transmission
Network 
    ** Says MoU for the supply of 100% renewable and installed
hydroelectic power
    ** About 1.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 647,815 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 38.3% this year, as of last close
