** Shares of Australia's Minbos Resources MNB.AX rise as much as 13% to A$0.052, their highest level since October 10

** The nutrient supply firm executes binding heads of agreement with Talus Renewables Inc., to jointly develop the Capanda green ammonia project in Angola

** Under agreement, the parties will jointly submit a bid into a prominent European green ammonia procurement process

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct jump since August 1

** YTD, shares down 13.6%
