** Shares of fertilizer distributor Minbos Resources MNB.AX rise 10% to A$0.033

** Co receives $5.48 million debt term sheet from commercial bank Banco de Fomento Angola

** Loan supports sufficient funding to complete construction of co's Cabinda phosphate fertilizer plant in Angola

** Also says Angola Sovereign Fund agreed to invest a further $484,500 in unit

** Adds it is concluding negotiations for phase-2 construction contract for the plant

** About 1.9 mln shares traded so far vs 30-day average of 1.8 mln

** Stock up 37.5% YTD
