** Shares of gold miner Emetals Ltd  EMT.AX  climb as much
as 30% to A$0.34, set to mark best day since Jan 16, if gains
hold 
    ** Co says executed agreement to sell seven exploration
licenses to Minerals 260 Ltd  MI6.AX  in the Gascoyne Provence
of Western Australia 
    ** Says total consideration for Nardoo project will be 7 mln
Minerals 260 shares at deemed issue price of A$0.30 per share 
    ** EMT stock hits best day since Feb 16
    ** More than 9.6 mln shares change hands, almost thrice the
30-day average volume
