 * Update on recent development of suspension of trading and further delay in 
publication of and despatch of the annual report for the year ended 31 
December 2015  
 * Board would like to announce that additional time is required for the 
investigations 
 * Company is in the process of gathering and providing the information required 
 * Independent forensic accountant anticipates to provide the company the 
preliminary draft report in August 2016 
 * Trading in shares and debt securities of company on stock exchange will 
remain suspended until further notice
