 * Says the company, together with the guarantors, entered into the facility 
   agreement 
 * Says lender whereby the lender agreed to provide to the company a US dollar 
   term loan facility 
 * Says loan facility in an aggregate amount of up to US$100 million 
 * Says on 24 December 2015, the chargor entered into the share charge in favour 
   of the lender 
 * Share charge to secure performance of obligations of co and other obligors 
   under facility agreement and other finance documents
