Audax Renovables said on Tuesday its first-quarter net profit stood at €16.1 million ($18.4 million).

DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC 
Duro Felguera said on Monday it approved a capital reduction and increase under a restructuring plan.

PHARMA MAR PHMR.MC 
Pharma Mar said on Tuesday its partner Merck submitted an application for lung cancer drug Zepzelca in Japan.

MIQUEL Y COSTAS MCM.MC 
Miquel Y Costas said on Monday it bought 50,000 of its own shares at €13.98 per share via block trade.

ACS ACS.MC
ACS has agreed with New South Wales to resume work on Sydney's A$3.1 billion M6 motorway after a two-year dispute over tunnel failures, removing litigation risk but leaving the consortium to absorb repair costs, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC
Duro Felguera has launched its financial restructuring plan, including a capital reduction and €10 million increase and transferring core businesses to subsidiary MidCo, which will assume €120 million of SEPI-backed debt, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday. 
EBRO MOTORS EBROM.MC 
Ebro Motors inaugurated a new production line at its Barcelona plant, boosting theoretical capacity to 130,000 vehicles a year as it targets 25,000 unit sales in 2026 and €600 million revenue, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday.
