Dividend Timetable

 

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising
a network of 17 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients,
announced on 29 March 2022 the Board's proposal to pay a final dividend
totalling 1.6p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021.

This will be presented to shareholders for approval at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company to be held on 21 June 2022.

If approved, the dividend will be paid on 29 July 2022 to shareholders on the
register of members on 15 July 2022; the ex-dividend date will be 14 July
2022.
