The Mission Marketing Group plc ("themission", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMMG), the technology-embraced marketing communications and advertising group, was notified by Robert Day, an Executive Director of the Company, on 23 November 2018 that he had sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58.9 pence per Ordinary Share and that his SIPP had bought 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59.0 pence per Ordinary Share, also on 23 November 2018.
 
Following this transaction, Robert Day's interest remains at 5,153,524 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.11 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
