accountant's review of the Japanese-language originals of the consolidated
financial statements and the related notes for the nine months ended December
31, 2025 which was previously announced on February 5, 2026.

There are no changes to the Japanese-language originals of the consolidated
financial statements and the related notes for the nine months ended December
31, 2025 announced on February 5, 2026.
