MITSUBISHI CORPORATION - Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 24 February 2026 in respect of an issue by Mitsubishi
Corporation of €500,000,000 2.750 per cent. Notes due 2030 and
€500,000,000 3.375 per cent. Notes due 2034 (together, the "Notes")

The Notes are issued under the MITSUBISHI CORPORATION and MITSUBISHI
CORPORATION FINANCE PLC U.S.$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
