The following final terms are available for viewing:

FINAL TERMS dated 31 January 2024 in respect of an issue by Mitsubishi HC
Capital UK PLC of EUR 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due 2 February 2027 (the
"Notes")

The Notes are issued under the Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC (as Issuer) and
Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. (as Guarantor) U.S.$6,500,000,000 Euro Note
