    * Says it plans to issue 16th series unsecured corporate
bonds
worth 4 billion yen, with interest rate of 0.47 percent per
annum 
    * Says it plans to issue 17th series unsecured corporate
bonds
worth 6 billion yen, with interest rate of 0.665 percent per
annum 
    * Subscription date on March 2 and payment date on March 9
    * Bonds will be used for repayment of loans and bonds
